TACK Africa is looking for several consultants and support staff to lead specific service areas including sales and management training and human resource consulting. The positions may be based in Nairobi or Dar es Salaam (or even Kampala) but will involve extensive travel. Generalists and specialists are equally welcome to apply but you must be prepared to sell, lead and deliver your own assignments under the TACK umbrella using our unique approach and style. Appropriate training will be provided but you must have at least three years relevant experience. Opportunities for career development and earnings are unlimited. Applicants must possess most of the following:

- overseas experience
- a relevant degree
- hands-on experience as a trainer and/or HR consultant
- charismatic communication skills
- an out-going personality
- an understanding of how consultants add value to client organisations.

You will probably be between 27 and 35 but experience and personality are more important than age and qualification.

We also need an efficient and highly organised office administrator to assist in handling assignment logistics and day-to-day running of the office. The successful candidate will act as the focal point for all our activity in East Africa and must be focused and self-motivated, able to work effectively without close supervision, and providing essential support to staff on assignment. Again, personality and determination are more important than specific qualification or experience.
